ETA Ascon Star Group's M&E Division wins two top construction awards

This is the third consecutive year ETA - M&E Division has been selected as the "MEP Contractor of the Year 2008" by Construction Week and the second year in a row as the "Major MEP Contractor of the Year" award held by MEP Magazine. Both the awards were presented to ETA M&E in recognition of their exceptional quality of work, demonstrated by the Company in it's executing various contractors in the Middle East.

The awards were presented at two separate gala ceremonies. The first one was held at the Westin Dubai, Mina Seyahi on November 5 and the second at Mina Al Salam Hotel, Dubai on December 3, 2008.

On winning the awards, Mr. S Nizar, Executive Director, ETA M&E Division, said:

"Having been recognized yet again reiterates the fact that our organisation is providing top quality work and service levels, higher than our respected competitors. I would like to thank our Clients, Consultants, and Main Contractors for giving us their invaluable support and feedback without which it would be difficult to sustain our position at the top. Keeping in line with the company's unrelenting pursuit for perfection and expansion, the M&E Division of ETA Ascon Star offers a wide range of services such as design, supply and installation of Building services, District Cooling, Special projects like Airports, Metro Rail Transit etc., and has expanded in the recent years to provide these services to Qatar, Kuwait, and India.

"The projects underway in Doha include the Qatar Navigation Tower, Barwa City, in Dubai, Dubai Tower, and the projects under way in India include the Delhi International Airport and Delhi Metro Rail projects. We are always looking to diversify and expand our operations and will definitely strive to maintain and improve our quality of Customer support and satisfaction in all these future fields where we venture," he said.
