A fleet of cars driven by Starbucks partners (employees) cruised around the city in high pedestrian zones, with a special magnetic Starbucks Red Cup attached to their roof.

This looked like someone has accidentally left their coffee cup on the top of the car. When a Good Samaritan flagged down the driver to let them know about the cup on the roof, they were rewarded with a thank you gift from Starbucks comprising a complimentary card entitling them for a free beverage at any Starbucks store for being a good person during the Holiday season.

Rana Shaheen, CSR and Communication Manager, Starbucks Middle East and Egypt, said:
"The Red Cups on Cars initiative has been done successfully in markets around the world last year. Being a perfect fit with the Starbucks Holiday campaign theme this year 'from us to you', the initiative has been re-launched as an important and fun way for Starbucks to celebrate this festive season with the communities where it operates."
