Two trophies were also awarded in each sub-department (i.e. Security Services; and Fire): one for Employee of the Year, and the other a team award for Best Shift of the Year.

Abdulla Ali Al Abbar, Manager Security Services & Fire Prevention, said:
"Building a healthy workplace environment is one of the keys to success in any business. Accordingly, the rewards programme within the Fire & Security Department is designed to develop a spirit of teamwork among Dubal's Fire & Security personnel, by encouraging them to contribute to a set of initiatives that are aligned to the department's strategic objectives."
