All UNB branches were evaluated based on their achievements in attaining excellence in service quality and customer satisfaction. The selection criterion is based on objective, comprehensive and explicitly measurable inputs from sources like customer satisfaction survey, mystery shopper and service quality facilitation within Bank management. The Best Service Branch Award was enhanced by introducing a stringent qualifying cut-off score as a criteria for winning the Platinum, Gold and Silver awards. A total of seven winning branches were chosen and the winning staff were recognized and rewarded.
