D'SECO to host sales event for 'Executive Towers' in Al Helio Downtown, Ajman

Prominent Korean real estate and property development group, D'SECO, will be holding a sales event for the Executive Towers at the Al Helio Downtown development in Ajman today.

The event, which is aimed at investors and industry representatives, has been organised by Eye of Dubai and will take place in the Al Falak Ballroom at the Burj Al Arab from 9am to 6pm.

The 'Executive Towers' are six towers within Al Helio Downtown, comprised of three commercial and three residential towers, all offering magnificent views and world-class features. The three commercial towers (K1, K2 and K3) are 30-storey towers situated at the heart of Al Helio Downtown, each offering a range of features designed to maximize business productivity, while the residential towers (K 6, K 7 and K 8) are state-of-the-art high-rise towers that offer residents outstanding luxury and unmatched lifestyle, with an innovative mix of spacious studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.

Speaking of the event, SungDol Kim, CEO of D'SECO, said:

With 5 million square feet of plot area, the 30 million square foot mixed-used development is an urban-scale mini-city located opposite Al Hamidiya Park on Emirates Road in the heart of Ajman city, only 25 kilometres from the Dubai border and 35 kilometres from Dubai International Airport.

Master developed by D'SECO, and with the master plan, infrastructure and landscaping by world-renowned architectural design firm, Atkins, Al Helio Downtown promises to be a new downtown for Ajman, boasting state-of-the-art commercial and residential towers, international schools, luxury hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, mosques, a world-class hospital, and 60% of the projects total area set aside for green space and recreational facilities. Construction on Al Helio Downtown will begin in 2009, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2013.

D'SECO, which has been active in the UAE market since 1997, was the first Korean company of its kind to enter the UAE real-estate market. In addition to Al Helio Downtown, its portfolio includes such projects as the 20-storey Oval Tower in Dubai's Business Bay and Digital Twin Towers in Meydan City.
