CGC opens Nokia outlet at Hyatt Plaza in Doha

Spreading its wings to offer Nokia phones and accessories in people's vicinity, Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), the exclusive Nokia partner in Qatar, has opened new Nokia outlet at Hyatt Plaza mall in Doha.

Anil Mahajan, Head of Business Development, CGC, and Feroz Moideen, General Manager of Hyatt Plaza jointly inaugurated the outlet near Gate No. 1 of the popular shopping hot spot in Doha.

Announcing the launch, Feroz Moideen thanked CGC for choosing their mall as the latest venue for Nokia outlet. "We are extremely pleased to welcome the presence of Nokia outlet at Hyatt Plaza. With the store's convenient design, great merchandise assortment and exceptional team of associates, we believe that Nokia will aid us materially in providing an outstanding shopping experience for this flourishing community."

Speaking on the occasion, Mahajan, said:
"The opening of the new Nokia outlet is in line with CGC's best efforts to deliver Nokia products to people's doorstep. We are determined to improvise on our services, value adding them with cost effective prices and bundle bonanzas to benefit our esteemed customers without compromising on quality and standard. CGC is happy to serve the people of Qatar for the last 21 years. And the Nokia outlet at Hyatt Plaza is another addition to CGC's attempts to impart uninterrupted, systematic and affordable services to customers through our several Nokia showrooms and over 300 partner outlets across the country."


Elaborating on the company's plan, Mahajan, said, "As the leader enjoying a market share of over 80% and in view of increasing demand, CGC plans to open more showrooms fully equipped to offer best in mobility services to valued customers. Shortly, an outlet will be ready to serve the people at Regency Travels. CGC Nokia showroom in Najadah souq is also being renovated to offer upgraded facilities. Upgradation is also on the card for Al Sadd Service Center. Our aim is to reach every nook and corner of the country to offer Nokia products and services to the masses."

"As customer's total satisfaction is our top most priority, we have been delivering very cost effective Level-1, 2 and 3 after-sales services to them from our Main Service Center, Level-3 Service Center and Satellite Service Centers, which are equipped with Express Service facilities as well. We are also working to add very soon an exclusive service center at Al Najadah souq. By providing quality service to customers, CGC has been trying to make mobile users aware of the benefits of the original, authentic and reliable products," Mahajan added.
