H and M makes entry into Sharjah

H and M, Hennes and Mauritz, the international fashion retailer, will soon be available in the emirate of Sharjah, allowing fashion connoisseurs in Sharjah to experience the H and M promise of fashion and quality at the best price.

The 1,171 square metre store will be located at Sharjah City Centre, and will offer the H&M ladies and kids range.

The expansion of the trendy high street brand is a result of H&M's strategic partnership with M.H. Alshaya, one of the Middle East's leading retailers.

Mr Jazz Hayer, Business Director H&M Middle East, commented:
"The overwhelming response that our stores in Dubai have received from customers has encouraged us to expand across the Emirates. The opening of our store marks the sixth H&M store in the UAE and our first in Sharjah. Over the past few years the retail environment of Sharjah has seen a dramatic growth and we are certain this is the right time for our entry into the Emirate."


The H&M Store in Sharjah City Center will feature all the latest collection's of women's and children's wear.

The launch of the H&M store at Sharjah City Center comes immediately after the successful launch of the first H&M stores in Bahrain, KSA and Oman.

Founded in 1947, there are now over 1700 H&M stores in 33 countries. The H&M brand is synonymous around the world with affordable, up to date and high quality fashion. The company's collections are created by more than 100 in-house designers.
