Qatar's media freedom centre visits Haiti

A delegation from the Doha Centre for Media Freedom visited Haiti recently to inspect media outlets hit by hurricanes Hanna and Ike and gave financial aid to 21 journalists and their families. It also supplied generators and other equipment to keep 18 radio stations on air in the Gonaives region.
