18 Dubai nurseries to raise fees by 20%

The UAE social affairs ministry has approved up to a 20% fee increase at 18 nurseries across Dubai, Gulf News has reported. The ministry said it gave its approval after conducting a study that found standards and tuition fees differed from nursery to nursery from one area to another. "The study also found that some low standard nurseries charge more than other nurseries that have a higher standard, said Moza Salem Al Shoomi, the director of the Child Department at the ministry.
