VIVA launches Qitaf Program for collecting points

"VIVA is now completely ready to launch Qitaf Program for collecting points that can be exchanged for varied free services, and this is to be the first loyalty program of its kind in the telecom industry in Kuwait," VIVA CEO, Najeeb Al-Awadhi revealed, were this program free of charge to the group over 20 million customers through landline and mobile services. The new program, as Al-Awadhi stated, is a free point based loyalty program through which every customer will be subscribed by default, where points are collected based on subscription to VIVA services upon SIM activation when clients get 30 points directly, usage per credit as one point per every dinar, timely payment of services bills as 7 points.

Al-Awadhi also explained that all VIVA clients have the freedom to exchange their accumulated at-least-100 points for free services such as bill discounts, international and local SMS's, and MMS's depending on the number of points and the line category, pointing that points exchange is valid for one year from accumulated date.

"As we have been always trying to make things easier for our clients, VIVA has adopted three ways of inquiring information about Qitaf program :
- through visiting VIVA website
- visiting one of VIVA Branches
- contacting VIVA call center at 102

the same ways to be followed for checking the account balance too," he added.
