Bahrain Islamic Bank launches first drive-in ATM

Abdul Rahman Mohamed Turki, General Manager Retail Banking Services in Bahrain Islamic Bank said the Bank is continuing his strategy for development of its services and products to its customers.

The statement came in the wake of operating the Bank's first drive-in Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) at the Muharraq Club Fuelling Station, in Muharraq.

Turki added, "This step comes as part of the Bank's efforts to expand its ATM network throughout the Kingdom. We have launched the first drive-in ATM in Muharraq to serve a large number of our customers in the surrounding areas."

BIsB Retail Banking Service General Manager added the Bank will operate shortly a number of drive-in ATMs throughout Bahrain's areas as part of the Bank's expansion plan.

Commenting on the features of the new ATMs, Mr. Turki said the Bank is very keen to use the latest and most advanced ATMs which ensure total confidentiality and security for users. They also allow customers to enjoy the benefits of withdrawal, deposits and other available banking services.

Concluding his remarks, the Retail Banking Services General Manager, said:
"We promise our esteemed customers to install more ATMs throughout the Kingdom in the near future, hoping that such expansion will be satisfactory to our customers."
