Chef Mauro has a diversified extensive and multi-national experience of 24 years in the Italian cuisine operations.
Mauro has a vast experience in the food & beverage industry having worked in various countries including Italy, Switzerland and USA.
Prior joining Media Rotana Dubai, Cereda held the position of Executive Chef in one of the international restaurant chains in the United States.
Chef Mauro studied Hotel Management and Culinary studies in Italy. The enthusiastic Italian Chef is in the process of implementing the best of Italian dishes in the new Prego's Restaurant which will add to Media Rotana's guests a unique Italian experience.
Prego's will be the sumptuous Italian restaurant where guests can fulfil their needs in treating themselves with the authentic and fine cuisine while enjoying the open kitchen that features a wood fire oven.
