One of the biggest problems that faced system users was that the system developers were in located Germany, thus affecting the speed and efficiency of solving problems that may occur in the system.
Therefore, the need existed for analysis and support to the current system to facilitate solving any technical current and future problems.
The outcome of this phase was to enhance the existing system in order to reflect correctly the current processes within Lufthansa LSG. This will increase the efficiency of the system and subsequently enhance the overall performance of the company.
