CGC staff get fresh training on Nokia car kits

Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), the exclusive Nokia partner in Qatar, organized in its Doha premises specialized training on the proper uses of various Nokia car kits being used by people in the country.
CGC staff from Retail Sales, Dealer Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer Care and Service Center units attended the training. They were given very useful tips on handling Nokia car kits such as CK-7W, CK-15W, CK-300 and other car mobility accessories. CK-15W is the world's first-ever bluetooth car kit with colour display screen. It offers easy and smooth in-car hands-free telephony using an external color display and an input device.
The visiting official also explained the trainees about the nitty-gritty of the latest range of Nokia car accessories, their designs, functionality and market positioning. Responding effectively to the customers' queries, providing them details on the functioning and handling of Nokia car kits were other focus areas of the training.
On the occasion, Anil Mahajan, Chief Operations Officer of CGC, said, as a consumer-driven company, we keep our Nokia staff up-to-date with the latest technology and upcoming hi-tech models to fulfill the increasing needs and demands of the users. Training enables our personnel to enhance their capability and capacity to provide the best possible services to our valued customers.
