Khalid Ali Bin Zayed, Director of the Municipality Centres Department said providing a temporary customer service counter at Dubai Industrial City represents a new qualitative addition to the superior services system provided by the Customer Service Centre at Dubai Municipality to its customers.
Bin Zayed said:
'We aim to provide continuous procedures and fast service so that the investors are able to get the necessary approvals for setting up their establishments in the Industrial City at the earliest.'
The counter in the Industrial City will work from 7.30 am until 2.30 pm for a period of three months. Its tasks will include reviewing the building plans, designs and registration forms and approval of all the procedures and the required documents from the investors. After that the office will give the investors no-objection certificates that will help them in getting the approvals from other government departments.
The customer service counter at the Industrial City will offer direct services of the Buildings, Finance and Planning departments of the Municipality.
