Marriott Executive Apartments Doha City Center has announced the appointment of Mohammed Belal as Director of Engineering and Sayed Haggag as Director of Human Resources.
With his Middle East experience in Saudi Arabia and Qatar and over 24 years in the hospitality industry, Belal is the perfect candidate for the opening of the three new Marriott International properties in Doha.
Belal believes that "You are only as good as your team".
Meanwhile, Sayed Haggag has been appointed as Director of Human Resources for the Renaissance, Courtyard and Marriott Executive Apartments Doha City Center. Recently he was the Director of Human Resources at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel, U.A.E. as well as at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
Haggag brings with him over nine years of experience within the hotel industry, including being part of the opening team of the Taba Heights Marriott Beach Resort, Egypt.
He believes in "if you take care of your associates, they will take care of your guests". Main focusing areas will be developing talent, training associates and hiring the right people for the pre-opening of the three hotels.
