  • United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, January 07 - 2009 at 16:32
  • PRESS RELEASE

UAE based BSEL Infrastructure Realty welcomes Ajman decree No 11 wholeheartedly.

Ms. Christina Cabading, President, BSEL Infrastructure Realty, said:
"The formation of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will provide a solid structure to the policy framework; provide additional confidence to investors and buyers and create transparency for all the stakeholders. In today's context, any move that can add stability to the real estate market is welcome."

"Our global experience across geographies suggests that the creation of a regulatory body add tremendous value to the real estate sector. Such bodies have the potential to become a reference point while doing business. Today the missing link in Ajman is the 'reference point'. BSEL believes that the creation of RERA has come at an opportune time and bodes well for 2009 and the coming years," she added.

BSEL Infrastructure Realty FZE, UAE, has acquired seven plots approximating 7.9 million sq. ft. in Ajman, Main Emirates City, UAE. BSEL will be building a cluster of seven towers, namely, Pearl, Fayrooz, Kahraman, Almas, Emerald, Sapphire and Ruby. Construction of Pearl, Fayrooz, Kahraman, and Almas has already started.
