Qtel to hold tender offer for Indosat shares

Qatar Telecom (Qtel) will soon hold a tender offer for its shares in PT Indosat, Indonesia's telecom firm, Reuters has reported. Qtel aims to lift its stake to a maximum 65% according to Indonesia's capital market regulator. Indosat shares closed up 5.41% on Thursday at 5,850 rupiah, against a 1.32% drop in the main stock index.
