New Banquet Manager rounds out the innovative and sophisticated Doha Marriott Events Team

The Doha Marriott Hotel welcomes the new Banquet Manager Mr. Dushyant Singh, who brings along a wide range of hospitality experience, dynamic creativity and energetic enthusiasm to the Events Team of the Doha Marriott Hotel.
"Dushyant comes to the Doha Marriott with solid skills and background of operational banquet management," states Mr. John S. Louie, Director of Operations. "He is expertly qualified to assure both our business guests. as well as social event planners, the level of quality that Marriott stands for. We are very proud to have Dushyant on board." Dushyant added, "I am very excited to join the exceptional team of the Doha Marriott. Not only is it a beautiful property, but it is one that clearly has a reputation where every detail for every event is carefully thought of to ensure success."
Dushyant, born in Meerut City, India, completed his 'Bachelor's of Science' degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. He started his career in 2004 at the Goa Marriott Hotel in India where he was first employed as a Job Familiarization Trainee. He later took over the role of Shift Leader for all Food & Beverage outlets. In February 2006, he joined the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai as Events Operations Captain to expand his experience, knowledge and leadership skills. His leadership and enthusiasm towards guest satisfaction earned him a promotion to Events Operations Supervisor.
Prior to joining the Doha Marriott, Dushyant also gained more experience as the Banquets & Conference Service Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel in Oman. With all these experiences, Dushyant will surely bring new ideas and continue to improve on the already high standards of service at the Doha Marriott Hotel.
