Al Mazaya lists '7 Zones' as exclusive registered trademark, launches marketing campaign

Al Mazaya Holding, the region's real estate developer, is gearing up for the opening of 7 Zones, the first project of its kind to cater to the needs of those operating in the built environment, bringing together a range of top trademarks in one space.

As all construction work on the project has reached the final stages, the project is expected to be handed over to investors soon.

This move is in line with Al Mazaya's commitment to the completion and delivery of projects at the scheduled time. In addition, the project's significance also serves to further consolidate Al Mazaya's status in the Kuwaiti market.

Says Mr. Rashid Al Nafisi, Chairman of Al Mazaya Holding:
"The launch of 7 Zones will solidify Al Mazaya's status in Kuwait and the region, especially considering the fact that many of Al Mazaya's profitable projects will be operational soon. Al Nafisi also declared that 7 Zones has been listed as a registered trademark, and that the company plans to spread this trademark across the Gulf in order to publicize the concept of quality construction trademarks being combined to allow consumers freedom of choice, and to execute construction tasks manually.

To launch 7 Zones, Al Mazaya has prepared a major marketing campaign, which includes client visits - open by invitation only to clients who have already reserved a place, and those who still wish to attend - to the site, where both management and marketing teams from Al Mazaya will be present to provide detailed information about the various spaces that are ready to be leased, their specifications and prices.

Says Al Nafisi: "Al Mazaya has secured a reputation for bringing leading projects to the market, brandishing them with the company's distinct touch of brilliance. Besides being unique, 7 Zones is also highly regarded for its ability to bring together the biggest manufacturers, exporters and importers in the construction industry in one place."

Located in Al Shuwaikh Industrial District, one of the most popular areas in Kuwait due to its close proximity to the capital, Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade District, the 22,500mē project has attracted the attention of high profile clients not only due to its strategic location, but also due to the quality on offer.
