KFH organizes meeting for furniture, electrical appliances suppliers to discuss market updates

The Commercial Sector (Murabaha Department) at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized a meeting with its suppliers working in furniture and electrical appliances.

It is worth noting that KFH had organized a previous meeting with construction materials suppliers to be aware of the market development and explore the new horizons of cooperation that already exists between KFH and the suppliers; in addition to emphasizing the importance of cooperation to achieve common interests, benefit the national economy, support merchants and the local product.

Murabaha Manager Talal Al-Heneidy announced that the meeting included 64 companies specialized in furniture and electrical appliances, which was attended by sales and marketing managers, showroom managers, commercial finance units, and customer service and suppliers services units.

Al-Heneidy added that the objective is to strengthen the cooperation with them and boost sales, which will have a positive effect on the economy; in addition to discussing their opinions and suggestions to offer better services for clients.

Furthermore, Al-Heneidy stated that the Murabaha Department is keen on adding the technical touch to its operations to meet the expectations of its clients. He added that the department is currently working on creating a call center and adding SMS service to notify suppliers of any issued checks or deposits, in addition to the Suppliers online via KFH's website kfh.com.

Moreover, the department will organize a special carnival for dealers who have business with KFH, and will allow the supplier to seal the whole deal in his showroom.

In addition, the department organized athletic events and training courses by well-known lecturers in murabaha, marketing and sales.
