Al Hanoo Holding signs Dhs41m contract with Al Sharjah Contracting Company to surface EIC roads

Al Hanoo Holding has signed a contract worth Dhs41m with Al Sharjah Contracting Company to complete the surfacing of the roads surrounding the company's famous Emirates Industrial City project.

According to Sheik Abdullah bin Fahid Al Shakrah, Chairman of Al Hanoo Holding and Emirates Industrial City, the road network surrounding the project has been carefully designed and studied by engineering officers specialized in traffic planning, and the final designs were certified - with the collaboration of the related authorities - to ensure easy mobility, traffic safety, and easy flow inside and around the project.

Says Sheik Al Shakrah:
"Al Hanoo has committed to building a state-of-the-art road network featuring easy mobility both inside and outside the project, an important element for many investors. The planning and distribution of areas within the project serves as a balance between those spaces specified for sale purposes and roads in the project. The contract was awarded to Al Sharjah Contracting Company due to the company's vast experience and precision in completing similar projects in the past."


Emirates Industrial City is geared towards light and medium industries. In collaboration with related authorities in the emirate of Sharjah, who were committed to providing governmental support, all the necessary services have been made available for the project. These include electricity, water, communications frameworks, and fuel, gas and road networks. These services have been implemented as part of the integral infrastructure by Al Hanoo to the highest quality standards, enabling investors to speedily start their work on the project in the most efficient manner.
