Zawya expands its senior management team

Dubai-based Zawya, a Middle East professional information company has announced the addition of a key new member to its senior management team, with Jean Marc Paufique joins as the head of the newly created Professional Investor Services division.
"The addition of Jean Marc to the Zawya team and splitting the organization into two standalone divisions - Professional Investor Services and Business Development Services - is a key step towards enhancing our efforts to better understand the needs of professionals interested in the Middle East," says Ihsan Jawad, CEO of Zawya. "When it comes to investment, the Middle East remains a great source of opportunities and we aim to provide all the information and connectivity that will empower our members to unlock them."
As a Head of Professional Investor Service, Paufique will focus on developing products and services to empower investment professionals to identify, monitor, and assess opportunities across the region. "I am very excited to have joined Zawya, a young, dynamic, mission-driven company to further develop its Professional Investor market segment. I am very much looking forward to working with our members to establish how Zawya can help in further enhancing their investment decisions," Paufique stated.
Kunal Wadhwani, who previously held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing in Zawya, will now head the Business Development Services, focusing on business professionals across the region.
