Nasair support its young fleet with 3 brand new Embraer 190

Three brand new aircrafts arrived directly from the factory to King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh to join nasair fleet comprising currently of 11 new and modern aircrafts.
Al-Hamdan confirmed that Embraer 190 powered by General Electric engines is currently considered one of the most efficient and reliable aircraft in the industry. He added that this aircraft has a proven record of high performance and safety and major international airlines have already signed contracts to buy it confirming its strong presence within the airlines industry.
According to Al-Hamdan NAS had chosen ample comfortable leather seats accompanied with highly harmonized colors and interior decorations that will definitely be reflected on the passengers' comfort. The Embraer 190 model is considered the most modern model produced by Embraer factories after being licensed by Aviation Authorities in August 2005. Since then the orders for this model have been doubled by major international airlines.
Moreover, NAS CEO stated that another 2 aircraft (Airbus A320 and Embraer 190) are joining nasair fleet within the upcoming few days before the end of January 2009. He added this makes nasair fleet of 13 aircraft the fastest growing and the youngest fleet in the region with the oldest aircraft 9 months old and the youngest 9 days old. This confirms NAS determination in supporting its infrastructure by owning the most modern aircrafts.
It is worth mentioning that NAS Holding has signed a total component support agreement with Lufthansa Technik at Dubai MEBA Exhibition 2008. This agreement involves among other providing spare parts to the new Embraer 190 aircrafts worldwide.
