Er-Ingenierie to participate at Environment Abu Dhabi 2009
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, January 15 - 2009 at 13:11
- PRESS RELEASE
Er-Ingenierie has established its know-how, both in France and globally, in the design, engineering and implementation of industrial and environmental facilities.
Since 1987, Er-Ingenierie has been developing solutions for various fields such as industrial electricity, automation, instrumentation, mechanics, fluid mechanics, industrial networks, pneumatic robotics, ATEX vision and facilities, with contributions to the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food as well as environmental industries.
Applications are numerous in these areas: industrial processes, robots integration, chemical and pharmaceutical processes, petrochemistry, continuous water quality monitoring, industrial transfers, wiring, processing and recovery of volatile organic compounds, etc.
Within the very specific environmental sector, Er-Ingenierie offers innovative machines such as the 'Web Air' line of products for the processing of volatile organic compounds or Gymnotox and HAP probe for the continuous control of water.
Gymnotox is a bioprobe making use of the electrical signals emitted by a living electrogenic fish: Apteronotus albifrons, belonging to the Order of Gymnotiforms. This principle allows an alarm to be given whenever a change occurs in the chemico-physical properties of the water - which is essential for the monitoring of drinking water resources. Simple to use and highly cost-effective, the systems gives quick results (1 measurement every 10 sec) and features a double monitoring circuit, allowing the monitoring of a wide spectrum of pollutants with low detection thresholds.
The HAP fluorometer selectively measures the fluorescence emitted by supernatant or demixed polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, on the one side, and, on the other side, by the hydrocarbons present in the water. This process, which can be used at very low concentrations (ppb), allows the presence of fuels and trace mineral oils to be detected and quantitatively measured without any sampling.
Teams of innovative engineers and technicians, mastering state-of-the-art technology, work in close cooperation with each customer throughout the process: from design to manufacturing and installation, followed by the implementation of an on-site customer service for the projects.
