Royal Health Awareness Society signs MoU with All Jordan Youth Commission

The Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with All Jordan Youth Commission (AJYC) that aims to enhance youth capabilities and increase their role in spreading awareness within the local society, to reach a healthy and safe environment.

Enaam Barrishi, Director General of RHAS commented on this agreement saying that:
"This agreement will achieve the common vision between RHAS and AJYC to reach the largest segment in Jordan, and deliver the message to all youth around the Kingdom, in order to raise a healthier and more aware generation."


"The Royal Health Awareness Society is always seeking for more cooperation with all parties to reach a larger segment of society. This partnership is an integral step in delivering our message to the local community," she added.

On his part, Mr. Sa'eb Al-Hasan, CEO of All Jordan Youth Commission said, "This MOU comes from our belief in the importance of partnerships with civil society organizations, to reach youth around the Kingdom and empower them to enhance their capabilities and skills to spread healthy behaviors, as this segment represents the majority of the Kingdom's population."

All Youth Jordan Commission is part of the King Abdullah II Development Fund that targets youth to encourage youth participation in the public activities and workshops.

The Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) is a Jordanian non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2005 by her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. The organization aims to enhance the overall wellbeing of the local community by raising health awareness and empowering Jordanians to embrace healthy lifestyles and behaviors. RHAS initiates and supports community-based health and safety interventions in partnership with public, private and civil society institutions.
