BMW growth up 5%

BMW reported growth of 5% year-on-year in Middle East Sales for 2008, and has unveiled plans for further regional expansion in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Nearly 16,000 vehicles were sold by BMW Group in the region last year, with Iran recording the largest market growth in sales up 191% and Dubai recording the highest number of sales with 4,421, followed by Abu Dhabi with 2,463.
