Minthis Hills and Pafilia to be launched at IREIS

Minthis Hills, one of the finest luxury residential resorts in the Mediterranean, will be launched at the Pafilia stand AR, hall 3 at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS) on 27th - 29th January 2009.

Developed by Pafilia Property Developers, Minthis Hills' cutting edge villa designs will stand out amongst all the skyscrapers. Hidden away in a stunning Cypriot mountainous landscape with sea and golf views, these private residences have been designed by International architect Woods Bagot.

According to Michael Aniftos, area manager for the Middle East region at Pafilia Property Developers, said:

"The Middle East and especially the UAE is a prime market for us, which is why I have recently joined the company to focus for the first time on this region. Pafilia has over 30 years experience in developing in Cyprus and has a range of properties to suit the Middle Eastern buyer, from private exclusive villas to apartments and penthouses right by the sea, like the Emerald. We are now looking for partners in this region to help sell our properties."

Pafilia has over 20 offices and 500 personnel worldwide and works closely with a select number of agents, financial advisors and other partners. Mike Aniftos added, "Quality, professionalism and our family ethos run through everything that we do and the way that we work with our partners. We offer generous commissions with comprehensive training and support and we endeavour to do this on a local basis. We plan to do the same in the Middle East."
