Dubai Healthcare City lead sponsor for Arab Health 2009 for third consecutive year

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), a member of Tatweer Dubai, announced that it will be the lead sponsor of and participants at Arab Health 2009, the largest healthcare event in the Middle East.

DHCC will also showcase the progress of its strategic partners at the event that will be held from 26-29 January at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 2,500 exhibitors from over 65 countries are expected to participate in the industry event.

DHCC will hold a press conference at Arab Health, on 27 January from 12 to 2 pm. Among the participants will be DHCC Senior Vice President, Dr. Ayesha Abdullah, who will discuss progress to date and new developments. The conference will take place on Level 1, above Hall 8 at Fujairah B/C room. In addition, DHCC will have a major exhibition stand, located in Za'abeel Hall, Stand ZQ20.

Dr. Ayesha Abdullah will also be participating in the Leaders in Healthcare Conference at Arab Health, sharing her views on the future of healthcare, with a panel of respected healthcare leaders, on 26th January at 4pm.

The DHCC exhibition will represent its partners, which include entities of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Academic Medical Center (Harvard Medical School Dubai Center Institute for Postgraduate Education and Research [HMSDC]; Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research [DHFMR]; Al Maktoum Harvard Medical Library; and Boston University Dental Health Center & Institute for Dental Research & Education - Dubai [BUIDRE]; University Hospital), Centre for Healthcare Planning and Quality [CPQ], Dubai Medical Suites and Dubai Bone & Joint Center.
A team of officials from DHCC will also be on hand to provide advice to trade visitors and industry professionals on the breadth of opportunities and benefits available within the world's only healthcare free-zone.
