Bristol displays latest firefighting and rescue tools to assist UAE Civil Defense at Intersec 2009

Bristol Fire Engineering, a part of Concorde - Corodex Group, participated for the 5th time at Intersec, the world's largest Security, Fire, Safety & Health and Police & Homeland Security exhibition outside Europe.

Continuing the trend of 'one stop solution' for total fire, security and safety equipment, Bristol displayed its state-of-the-art technology at its 105 Sq meter exhibition stand at Intersec2009.

The exhibited technologies included firefighting equipment and systems such as Nitrogen Suppression System, FM200 System, water sprinkler system, fire detection and fire alarm system and a complete range of firefighting equipment, that is, in addition to advanced technologies including Victaulic-sprinkler and grooved system, Scott-breathing apparatus, world renowned Holmatro-Rescue Tools, Bristol Fire Suits with their new line of fire protection clothing, and Groupe Leader, which is known for its search and rescue tools.

Concorde Corodex Group is one of the main suppliers to Civil Defense Departments. It includes breathing apparatus and thermal imaging cameras from Scott, hydraulic rescue tools from Holmatro, search and rescue tools from Group Leader, and firefighting clothing from Bristol Uniforms. "We have been equipping the Civil Defense and Police Departments of UAE for over 30 years with latest and most advance technologies to help them carry on the search and rescue operations most efficiently and effectively in and outside UAE" Said Shawki Fakhri Abu Samar, Rescue Equipment Product Specialist.
