Batelco holds coaching sessions for graduate trainee engineers

As part of Batelco's commitment to training and development for its employees, a coaching session was held for its graduate trainee engineers at Batelco Telephone House, Salmaniya, 14th January.
Fifteen graduate trainees attended the session, titled Labour Safety & Labour Law, which was presented by Employees Affairs Manager Saeed Al Sammak. Batelco General Manager Networks & IT Ebrahim Zainal and Senior Manager Human Resources Suhaila Alnowakhda were also in attendance.
"At Batelco we believe that the quality of our people, across all levels, is critical to the successful delivery of our growth strategies," said Mr. Zainal.
"The coaching initiative is designed to develop our trainees' soft skills and to help them develop as individuals," said Mrs. Alnowakhda.
"We continually provide our graduate trainees and all employees with development opportunities that will help them reach their career goals," she added.
This session, the first of 2009, will be followed by monthly sessions with a different relevant topic each month throughout the year.
