Following the ribbon cutting, Orange Mobile CEO, Mrs. Majd Shweikeh, said:
"We are delighted to open this branch which carries a different style than our other Orange shops across the Kingdom. Through this VIP Lounge, we are aiming to take our client servicing skills to a higher level where we provide our VIP subscribers with different telecommunications services in the areas of fixed, internet, mobile and convergent offers as well as answering all their inquiries and requests."
Shweikeh clarified that all employees working in this VIP Lounge have been well trained to fulfill this segment's needs and meet its expectations. The center has been equipped with the most advanced technologies to insure providing different high quality services in less time.
The center will be open on daily basis from 10am till 10pm, where Orange VIP customers can enter through using special access cards.
"This step comes in line with our strategic plan to better serve our VIP subscribers who are considered an essential part of Orange's family", Shweikeh added. She also pointed out that year 2009 will contain a lot of custom-made projects to meet this segment's growing needs.
