In a surprise u-turn 'fly past' the Dubai Airshow 2009 will not be moving to its new base at Dubai World Central. Alison Weller, Director Aerospace, Fairs & Exhibitions Aerospace, gave that startling announcement to Phil Blizzard at the debut MRO Middle East event in Dubai.
