It will bring together professionals and e-learning experts from around the world to discuss the future of education and e-learning. It will also provide a platform for teachers, researchers and practitioners of e-learning to discuss innovative ways to implement this form of education.
Dr. Narimane Hadj Hamou, Assistant Vice president for Academic Affairs at e-TQM College and forum chair said:
"The second Forum on Excellence in e-Learning receives special support from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in addition to the support of the European Union, represented by the Association of European educational institutions (ELIG).This forum is much more than just a presentation of working papers and exchange of information. It will also discuss and debate a range of practical issues such as the development and research programs of excellence in e-learning in the Middle East. An e-Learning Market will also be organized in the framework of this forum, the exhibition will enable the public the opportunity to explore and use a variety of different tools and services, on the 28th and 29th from 12:00 PM to 8:00PM."
