e-TQM College to host '2nd Forum on e-learning Excellence in Middle East'

Under the Patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, e-TQM College in Dubai will host the '2nd Forum on e-learning Excellence in the Middle East' between January 26th -29th 2009 at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The Forum will focus on four key themes: Inspire, Innovate, Initiate, and Impact.

It will bring together professionals and e-learning experts from around the world to discuss the future of education and e-learning. It will also provide a platform for teachers, researchers and practitioners of e-learning to discuss innovative ways to implement this form of education.

Dr. Narimane Hadj Hamou, Assistant Vice president for Academic Affairs at e-TQM College and forum chair said:
"The second Forum on Excellence in e-Learning receives special support from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in addition to the support of the European Union, represented by the Association of European educational institutions (ELIG).This forum is much more than just a presentation of working papers and exchange of information. It will also discuss and debate a range of practical issues such as the development and research programs of excellence in e-learning in the Middle East. An e-Learning Market will also be organized in the framework of this forum, the exhibition will enable the public the opportunity to explore and use a variety of different tools and services, on the 28th and 29th from 12:00 PM to 8:00PM."


This forum is organized in partnership with Adobe and the media partner Arab Media Care, and the silver sponsorship of ITS, and in support of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and of Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), The European Learning Industry Group (ELIG), C& K management LIT, Docebo, Universal Knowledge Solutions (UKS) and SUKAD.
