Valtrans conducts training course for its senior staff

The course, Leadership in Action, was given at the VTA's site by the Quality Manager, Malih Al Yaman, and VTA Manager, Hafiz Azzubair.

The condensed course covered several areas focusing on leadership qualities, cost control, safety & training, effective communication and enhancement of our operations. VTA issued certificates for all the attendees and wishes all continued success. In-depth training courses will be offered soon.

Some of the many benefits of Valtrans training Course "Leadership in Action" includes adding to skills and expertise, and extend existing skills of the senior staff as they will learn from the experts. The course also provided up to date information and knowledge to boost staff confidence with opportunity to identify and solve specific problems.
