Aisha Al Abdooli, a Chemical Engineering Bachelorette, joins the ASPCL team while simultaneously completing her Masters in Project Management at the British University in Dubai. She also worked at the Dubai Municipality's Sewage Treatment Plant as a Process & Operations Engineer. This portfolio makes Al Abdooli a prime candidate for the position of Technical Services Manager at ASPCL, which demands the right educational discipline and on-the-job experience.
Supporting the vision of the Emirates, ASPCL has a keen focus on strengthening its professional workforce by recruiting Nationals from the UAE in to its various departments. Olivier Crasson, General Manager of ASPCL said:
"ASPCL stands out because it provides modern, up-to-date services, while supporting and nurturing the community in which it functions. With Engineer Aisha Al Abdooli as part of our team, I foresee phenomenal growth of our multi-cultural, multi-gender and extremely challenging work environment."
The recruitment of Aisha Al Abdooli, the first local female engineer, is one of the many efforts of ASPCL to strengthen the Emirati workforce of the UAE, while also fulfilling its commitment of superior service performance to the community.
