Renowned Chef Ignazio Mondin appointed head Chef of Urbano restaurant

Marking his debut in the Middle East, Ignazio Mondin will bring his innovative and carefully guarded family recipes to the restaurant located at Souk Al Bahar in Old Town, Burj Dubai.

A veteran culinary expert with a track record that stretches more than 30 years, Chef Mondin passionately adapts his specialties to suit local tastes. He uses the freshest of ingredients in the most simple to the most elaborate dishes, based on Italy's culinary culture. His varied experience in exotic locations throughout Europe has honed his taste which complements his special talent for creating innovative recipes.

The authentic Italian restaurant Urbano boasts a classic dining area, a casual pizzeria and a coffee shop. In addition, it will feature an outdoor terrace where diners can enjoy the exquisite view of the down-town fountain, the largest in Dubai. A special children's menu is offered by Urbano, making it the perfect venue for the entire family. Urbano also provides a special lunch package and free Wi-Fi connection to cater to business executives.
