First Dubai is currently working on the development of 5 residential districts in the "Queue Point" project in Al Liwan, which has been completely sold, as well as developing 20 villas in "The Villa" residential project. First Dubai is also behind the Morina Residence project, located at the entrance to Shams Abu Dhabi in Al Reem Islands. Morina is being developed at a cost of Dhs418mn, and is one of the hallmark projects in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
