First retailers sign up with Friendi mobile

According to the agreement, Friendi mobile's prepaid SIM cards and recharge cards will be sold in retail outlets throughout Oman. Retailers nationwide have started signing up last week.

Mr. Antti Arponen, Friendi mobile's CEO commented: "Friendi mobile, the long-awaited new mobile provider in the Sultanate, is launching its services soon. We have signed agreements with three top quality distributors to make it easy for retailers to get their Friendi mobile SIM cards and recharge cards.. Friendi mobile products are easy to sell, the first retailers were appointed last week, and the enthusiasm from the retailers continues very high". Out of all SIM cards sold during 2009 in Oman, Friendi mobile forecasts its SIM card to be most popular.

Friendi mobile has completed the full training of its Sales Support Department to help retailers to get started.
