"The agreement aims to strengthen ties with businesswomen who are members of ABWC enabling them to avail from Mawarid Finance's services customized for the UAE community so that the national youth can benefit from such innovative sharia compliant services to have their enterprises approved and adopted by SME support organizations through the trustful relationship between Mawarid Finance and its clients."
Such announcement came following the conclusion of the agreement which was signed for Mawarid Finance by Mohammed Mosabeh Al Neaimi and for ABWC by Aisha Khalfan bin Badr, Chairman of the Council, in presence of Mrs. Rehab Lootah, SVP-Business Development, Products and Corporate Communication at Mawarid Finance. Al Neaimi added that providing support to the UAE youth is a strategic approach adopted by Mawarid Finance to capitalize on the youth's potentials enabling them to actively contribute to the rapid development all over the United Arab Emirates.
Al Neaimi brought up some terms of the memorandum of understanding according to which a database will be exchanged between the two parties in a way allowing members of ABWC to benefit from services provided by Mawarid Finance especially those related to small and medium enterprises.
Al Neaimi indicated various leading initiatives spread throughout the United Arab Emirates in particular those related to supporting young entrepreneurs, hailing such contributions made by SME support organizations in cooperation with Mawarid Finance such as Khalifa Fund to Support and Develop Small and Medium Enterprises in Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders in Dubai, Saud bin Saqr Programme for Young Business Leaders in Ras Al Khaimah and Entrepreneurs Forum in Dubai.
"Such cooperation resulted in organizing three discussion forums in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi with more than 2000 attendees including UAE national entrepreneurs and government officials who were keen to attend those forums to answer inquiries made by entrepreneurs regarding any challenges and difficulties related to small and medium enterprises," Al Neaimi concluded.
"We always seek to forge value-added partnership for the benefit of ABWC's 150 members who run their own businesses," Aisha Khalfan said, "Mawarid Finance took the lead in business networking and opening effective channels for promoting entrepreneurship, providing quality services and organizing activities the next one of which will be a discussion forum to be held in Ajman like those held in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah."
Aisha Khalfan indicated the initiative taken by His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid bin Rashid Al Neaimi, Head of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, when His Highness gave his directions to grant each member of ABWC a free trade license for three years in addition to privileges with regard to their transactions with local departments of Ajman, let alone enterprises management training courses and workshops provided by the Council to those members.
