- PRESS RELEASE
Victory Heights has begun the delivery of villas to homeowners, and marked the occasion last week by hosting a golf event at the recently completed ELS Club.
"This is an exciting milestone for Victory Heights, and we are particularly pleased at the high quality of the finished product that is being handed over to homeowners. Now that the delivery of villas has commenced, we expect a regular flow of completion over the coming months" said Yasser Al Raee, General Manager of Victory Heights. "The vision is now a reality, and our homeowners can now start moving into their homes at Victory Heights and enjoying the benefits of living in this community."
Al Raee continued to comment on the upscale lifestyle offering of luxurious living and enriched lifestyle, all within a state-of-the-art sports community, which is unique in Dubai.
"Victory Heights is an exclusive golf residential community providing villas in a choice of authentic architectural styles of Spanish Andalusian, classical European or Mediterranean. We believe it offers a desirable combination of quality of living and living environment, which is unmatched in Dubai."
The event has been attended by homeowners and VIP guests which included Mr. Mohammed Al Habbai, Senior Vice President at Dubai Land, Mr. Khalid Al Zarooni, President of Dubai Sport City, Mr. U. Bala Subramaniam, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Sports City who spoke at the event, Mr. Khalid Muttawee, Head of Real Estate Trust account Department at RERA, and Mr. Eisa Said Al Mansoori, Head Trust Account Section at RERA.
The Victory Heights golf course villa community is set on 25 million square feet of land within Dubai Sports City, the world's first integrated sports city.
In support of its commitment to quality, and to serve the interest of the homeowners, the developer appointed Bureau Veritas, a world-renowned accreditation agency. They have been closely monitoring design and build quality for the villas all the way from the design stage to handover.
Ernie Els, the well known professional golfer, is the designer of the 18-hole championship golf course. The Els Club is his first golf course design in the Middle East, and it combines a links style course with traditional parkland design.
The golf facility will also be home to the Butch Harmon School of Golf, managed by Troon Golf. Along with the golf amenities, the first David Lloyd Next Generation Club & Tennis Academy will also be part of Dubai Sports City.
