Key Career Development centre is confident that by June 2009 they will have trained a total of 27,000 students preparing them for the high demand workforce.

The Key Career Development Center builds up graduates ready for the job market and committed to the community through the services they offer.
The latter includes career counselling -provided to 300 students since September-, exchange programs with reputable universities, entrepreneurship skills -by June 2009. The development center will provide students with: training in Project Management, Marketing and Accounting, internships in local and international companies and ultimately job placement. All training is provided by professional trainers on each respective campus in which the program operates. In order to ensure continuity the development center is keen at staffing full time, part time and volunteers and running several awareness campaigns throughout the year.
"We're very happy to be partners with CAE and achieve these tremendous results. We've already engaged almost 12,000 students in the program and we aim to double this number within 2009. We also have our offices in the universities we operate in and they're all fully equipped with furniture, signage and a computer lab which allows us to involve our students in day to day activities.

The CAE and EJB's Key Program partnership will foster the program's expansion in Egypt. The bank's contribution will provide the program with a sustainable financial base to continue its work on addressing the gap between the graduates' skills and the skills demanded in the high caliber job market. This will ensure the country's upcoming workforce is capable and empowered.
