Ahli Bank inaugurates new branch at Ghoubra

The chief guest, H.E. Sheikh Suba'a bins Hamdan Al Saadi, Secretary General of the supreme council of National Day Celebration, formally inaugurated the new branch, at a function held yesterday. Present at the well-attended function were local dignitaries, government officials and valued customers of Ahli Bank. After the inaugural formalities, the chief guest and invitees were taken on a tour of the facilities at the branch.

The bank has also installed a new ATM at the premises to provide easier and more convenient facilities to its customers.

Commenting on the new branch inauguration, Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Balushi, CEO of Ahli Bank said

"New branches are part of our multichannel strategy to serve customers across the Sultanate and with opening of Al Ghoubra branch, we are moving closer to our goal. Our proactive approach and foresight has helped us to understand the various needs of our customers and respond to them by offering easy and convenient access to our bank."

Mr. Abdul Aziz also added, "Our branch in Ghoubra is 8th in our network and the 3rd in Muscat region. The new branch is well designed to cater to different needs of our customers. Situated at a prime location with easy access, it will surely create banking convenience for the customers."

Ahli Bank recently inaugurated its renovated branches in Wattaya, Sur and Sohar. The bank plans to add more branches to its current network which will have bigger and convenient premises, modern design and interiors and ATMs for off- business hours service. The plan also envisions Off-site ATMs in the short term.
