Nuqul Group sets an example for Arab Excellence Awards

Nuqul Group and in coordination with King Abdullah II Center for Excellence recently hosted a meeting for a group of key professionals from Excellence Awards institutions in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Mr. Karadsheh also commented that, "Nuqul Group's participation in the four cycles of the Award was driven by the Group's desire to raise the level of performance and its pursuit of excellence as a core value of the group. It has been a great exercise for our employees in self analyzing the opportunities in our business and associated practices, it also highlighted our commitment to build a process based culture, which leads to a more streamlined business and competitive advantage, which was successfully proven by winning four awards by three of the Group's companies; Sauressig, Al Keena, and Modal."
During the meeting Dr. Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, Total Quality Management Manager at Nuqul Group, took the guests through a detailed presentation of the Group's history with the Award, enablers for excellence, lessons learned and proposed a number of recommendations to be considered as part of the Award's future evaluation criteria.
Dr. Abu Ghazaleh concluded the session by sharing the Group's plans to continue the implementation of best practices to better serve the wellbeing of customers, economy and the industry, and presenting a case study of one of the group's Award winning companies; Al Keena.
