Emaar.E.C offers new and affordable financial packages on sale of residential units in KAEC

Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar.E.C), the Tadawul-listed company developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), is hosting a special two-day sale of residential units within the mega-project on January 27 and 28 in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Potential customers and investors can also benefit from new financial packages that offer ease of payment.

The roster of homes within Bay La Sun Village, the first fully integrated community within KAEC, and Esmeralda, the first townhouse community within the master-project being offered for sale includes units of different size offering varied marina, beachfront or park views. The sale is held in Riyadh at Faisaliyah Hotel and Prince Sultan Hall, and the Emaar Head Office on Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah.

For the first time, Emaar.E.C offers affordable and easy financial packages on residential units in Bay La Sun and Esmeralda. The sales event, held at Faisaliyah Hotel in Riyadh from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 27 and 28, 2009, will provide images and information on the latest progress taking place on ground at KAEC. In addition, detailed models of the residential units offered for sale will be available. Potential investors can call 8001180010.

The 2.3 sq km Bay La Sun Village is a mixed-use project comprising residential apartments, offices, schools, retail shops, shopping mall, hospital, mosques, hotels, civic amenities, and other attractions. Residents can also benefit from the easy access to the nearby King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and other educational options at the KAEC Educational Zone.

The 168 million sq m KAEC has six key zones: the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District, Educational Zone, Resort District and Residential Communities. The first phase of the project has been launched to strong global investor response.
