Golfers from around the world will also be carefully selected, invited and enrolled on a limited basis in order to closely monitor the worldwide demand for the Al Ruwaya Golf Club, the world's first design created by Tiger Woods Design. The phased membership releases will also enable the club to gauge regional demand and assure equitable enrolment patterns.
The 13m sq feet Al Ruwaya golf course has already announced it will offer only 200 memberships, with residents of the community being given top priority.

The Tiger Woods Dubai golf development continues to progress, with the completion of bulk earth works and 1,800 trees already planted and a further 6000 in the nursery. Shaping is complete on all 18 holes, 10 of which have been finely shaped. Construction is also complete for the main stream and one of the lakes comprising 3.3m sq. ft. of extensive water features.
