Sorouh post Q4 loss

Sorouh Real Estate, Abu Dhabi's second largest developer, has announced that it posted a fourth-quarter loss of Dhs29.8m ($8.1m). The loss in the three months to December compares with a profit of Dhs483.9m in the year-earlier period, according to calculations by Bloomberg. Full-year profit rose to Dhs1.78bn, or 74 fils a share, from Dhs1.25bn, or 50 fils, in the year-earlier period.
