Mr. Gaurav Joshi joins Food and Beverage team of Doha Marriott Hotel

Gaurav is born and raised in India with the dream to become a successful Manager at a world wide recognized hotel.

Gaurav graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration along with National Council for Hotel Management at the IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) in New Deli, India.

In the end of 2003 he joined the Goa Marriott Hotel in India as a trainee, covering all F&B outlets including coffee shops, bars and banquets for 5 years. During these 5 years of hard work and loyalty to the company, Gaurav walked away with various positions, starting as a Trainee, becoming Team Leader, Executive and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The highlight of Guarav's personal working life with Marriott is the awarded certificate from Mr. Marriott for the completion of 5 years of sincere, and consistently providing a problem free environment.

Guarav will be in charge of the Corniche Restaurant. This all-day dining destination offers local and international cuisine for breakfast and lunch and in addition to the a-la-carte dinner menu also features a lavish evening seafood buffet. The extravagant Weekend Gallery Brunch (Fridays & Saturdays) offers an array of cuisines from all around the world with live cooking stations, healthy salads, seafood specialties from the Arabian waters and tempting desserts.

Along with his team Guarav will continue to improve the existing high standards of food quality and service at Doha Marriott's Corniche Restaurant.
