"As one of the leading educational institutions of the region, eTQM has also been an early adopter of robust technology platforms. It looked for an integrated platform that would help create and strengthen best practises in its IT infrastructure. It allows easy customisation for different currencies, languages, and regulations. In addition, Microsoft Great Plains offers a straightforward solution that does not require extensive employee training or further programming. Benefits of the new solution include substantial cost savings, increased worker productivity, and operational efficiency," added Al Saadi.
