A veteran of the industry and Coldwell Banker, Youssef will be responsible for the overall operations of Coldwell Banker UAE including management, planning and the strategic development of the company.
Youssef will also head the Commercial department of the company by setting objectives, as well as guiding expansion and overall leadership.

Youssef joined Coldwell Banker Intercontinental Affiliates in 2002 where he obtained several special recognition awards for his role in the success of the residential and commercial departments of Coldwell Banker Egypt. In 2005, Youssef joined the UAE operation where he played a leading role in the commercial department which won 'Top Producing Coldwell Banker Commercial Office' outside the USA in 2006 and 2007.
